They did a great job and were very efficient.I had two small hiccups though, they wrote the wrong date for the appointment and came a day late. They also unplugged my cable. The cleaning however was done very well. I wish they would have discounted the cleaning for messing up the dates.UPDATEAlmost immediately after I hit send to the above review, I was contacted by David who apologized and offered a refund. We needed our new, white couch cleaned because our baby vomited all over it. After doing some research online, we decided to go with Green-Gen.I gave Green-Gen 5 stars because they are effective at their cleaning, professional, courteous, and timely. Tony had a neat appearance and a courteous and pleasant demeanor. He was extremely knowledgeable about different fabrics. My furniture was custom made and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. My white furniture came out absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend.

The countless 5-Star reviews did not disappoint - it was very easy to schedule an appointment and they executed our carpet cleaning well. Dave from Green-Gen Carpet Cleaning came out yesterday to clean a carpet and a rug. He was able to get several blood stains out of the carpet and did a great job overall. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends.

I called Thursday afternoon and they showed up Friday morning. No qualms about coming out for an area that’s less than their minimum. The tech was professional, friendly, and SO thorough.

I'd texted on Sunday to see if Green-Gen could come out on Monday morning to take care of some pet stains. He was out first thing in the morning and cleaned it. All the stains were gone. And the dog who was the culprit loved him.

I had my carpets cleaned initially because I had some tough areas due to a new puppy. All my spots came out in the first cleaning except a bad one in my living area. After coming a second time, the glare from the sun could not even identify it to the technician, but I knew it was there. Without hesitation he re-sprayed the area, shampooed it, and the spot is officially gone. Great guys! Great service! They really want the customer to be satisfied. Would definitely use them again!
