Kids destroyed my sectional and area rug of the family room with paint, food and yes unfort, urine stain and smell. Called Green-Gen and... they were able to send a technician out within a few days. Brandon came out, assessed the situation and gave me a more update estimate on the spot. He then Throughly cleaned (vacuumed, steamed etc) and cleaned up the mess.
