Do I Have To Move My Furniture?
No! The technician can clean around and underneath most pieces of large furniture. We kindly ask that you remove small furniture items, clutter, breakables, and electronics from the areas you need cleaned. Your technician may be able to move furniture at their discretion. Additional costs and restrictions for furniture moving may apply.
Do you use steam cleaning?
Yes. Our primary cleaning method is truck-mounted hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. In the event that we cannot use our truck-mounted equipment, we will use portable equipment. We also offer a low-moisture cleaning process. Your technician will determine the best method for your situation, and we always take into account your preferences.
