A Passion for Cleaning
Our Owner has been involved with the carpet and rug cleaning industry for a very long time. At just 11 years of age, he began working with a friend of the family who cleaned carpets and rugs.
In our owner’s travels, he has visited different states in the US to learn the techniques required to properly care for specialty fibers. He also traveled to Iran to learn about the nation’s ancient culture, the rug-weaving process, and how to properly care for them.
The company was amazing to work with and our service person, Tony was very informative and considered our home when performing the services.

They did a great job and were very efficient.I had two small hiccups though, they wrote the wrong date for the appointment and came a day late. They also unplugged my cable. The cleaning however was done very well. I wish they would have discounted the cleaning for messing up the dates.UPDATEAlmost immediately after I hit send to the above review, I was contacted by David who apologized and offered a refund. Great service and even better customer service!

From start to finish, a very professional experience! I received a call almost immediately after filling out a form online. The countless 5-Star reviews did not disappoint - it was very easy to schedule an appointment and they executed our carpet cleaning well. Some old stains came back, and they sent Sam out right away to get rid of them. Carpet looks almost like new.

We needed our sectional professionally cleaned due to our cat getting older. We called a few places and Green Gen was only place that provided a consultation on the process to properly cure pet stains and smell. They came out and took all our cushions and washed then and treated them individually. A week later they returned with not a hint of a smell and they even cleaned rest of couch for same price. Sam was our technician he was awesome and explained whole process and went above and beyond to take care of our concerns. Greta company great service definitely recommend.

I had my carpets cleaned initially because I had some tough areas due to a new puppy. All my spots came out in the first cleaning except a bad one in my living area. After coming a second time, the glare from the sun could not even identify it to the technician, but I knew it was there. Without hesitation he re-sprayed the area, shampooed it, and the spot is officially gone. Great guys! Great service! They really want the customer to be satisfied. Would definitely use them again!
