They did a great job and were very efficient.I had two small hiccups though, they wrote the wrong date for the appointment and came a day late. They also unplugged my cable. The cleaning however was done very well. I wish they would have discounted the cleaning for messing up the dates.UPDATEAlmost immediately after I hit send to the above review, I was contacted by David who apologized and offered a refund. We needed our sectional professionally cleaned due to our cat getting older. We called a few places and Green Gen was only place that provided a consultation on the process to properly cure pet stains and smell. They came out and took all our cushions and washed then and treated them individually. A week later they returned with not a hint of a smell and they even cleaned rest of couch for same price. I had my carpets cleaned initially because I had some tough areas due to a new puppy. All my spots came out in the first cleaning except a bad one in my living area. After coming a second time, the glare from the sun could not even identify it to the technician, but I knew it was there.
