The first step is getting to know your rug. We’ll perform a thorough inspection and find any stains, damage, or areas that need attention. Once we have a complete understanding of what needs to be done, we’ll discuss the plan of action with you. If you agree, we’ll take your rug in and get started.

Dusting and dirt removal are some of the most important parts of cleaning! We’ll remove all dust, dirt, debris, dander, and whatever else an ordinary vacuum misses.

Once we’re finished with the initial cleaning, we’ll rinse it clean and place it in our specialized drying area. Oriental rugs can’t just be tossed into a dryer or laid out at random, so we have a safe method to get rid of excess water and dry even the most delicate rugs and material.

Additionally, we’ll provide extra attention to the fringe (if needed). Fringe cleaning can be delicate work. We’ll remove any stains or uneven coloration and take care to separate and dry the fringe properly.

Finally, our technicians will perform a final inspection and probe the rug with a moisture meter to check to make sure the rug is fully dry before delivering back to the customer. During the final inspection if the rug is not up to our high cleaning standards, we will repeat the whole process to ensure the rug is cleaned right.
